House Rules – Apartments in Tarifa and Bolonia

We are always delighted to welcome guests from different places, and we love seeing how people enjoy the surroundings and, if they wish, interact with one another. However, to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask for respect during rest hours. Therefore, no noise is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. We ask all guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere during these hours, both in shared areas and inside the apartments.

In the Tarifa house, some apartments have their own private kitchen, while others share a communal one. We kindly ask all guests using the shared kitchen to do so responsibly, keeping it clean and tidy after every use, out of consideration for others. Regarding pets, they are not allowed in Tarifa. However, in our Bolonia houses, one pet per house is permitted, provided it is well-behaved and properly cared for. Pets are not allowed on beds, and they must be respectful of the house and of the neighbours. We reserve the right to deny admission if these conditions are not met.

Lastly, please note that the Tarifa house is located on a cliff, offering beautiful views, but it does not have direct beach access. In contrast, the Bolonia houses do offer private access to the beach, allowing for a more direct seaside experience.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and for respecting these rules, so that everyone may enjoy a pleasant and harmonious stay.
