TARIFA - WHITE HOUSE

White House Tarifa offers eco-friendly and cosy accommodation in the heart of a natural park, with a spacious garden, terraces, and private parking. It is accessible by car via an access road. From the house itself, a path leads directly to the centre of Tarifa, just a 10-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the indoor and outdoor areas of the house.

The spacious atmosphere invites peaceful work, whether in a group in the conference room, relaxing in one of the hammocks, or in the privacy of one of the individual rooms. The house features an impressive rooftop terrace that provides space for various activities such as yoga. Both the private and shared kitchens are fully equipped.

Each room at White House Tarifa includes bed linen and towels. Sustainability is a central focus of our house, as it is one of the few guesthouses in the area that operates 100% on sustainable energy. White House is a place for creative and cultural exchange. Our spacious and bright areas offer opportunities for exhibitions, workshops, events, or retreats. The house also has a conference room for groups of up to 20 people, equipped with a stable Wi-Fi connection, a large multimedia TV screen, and tools such as a whiteboard for presentations. Normally, the room is available to all guests of the house, although it can be reserved exclusively upon prior agreement.


BOLONIA - BOLONIA BEACH CAMPUS

Bolonia Beach Campus offers a serene and eco-friendly retreat located on Bolonia Beach in Tarifa. Consisting of three cosy houses, each accommodating up to 2 guests, this beachfront haven (not sea view) is surrounded by natural beauty and features spacious gardens, private terraces, and convenient parking.

The peaceful atmosphere of Bolonia Beach Campus is ideal for both relaxation and work. Whether resting in the garden, exploring nearby nature trails, or unwinding in the comfortable interiors, guests can fully enjoy the essence of coastal living. Each house is equipped with modern amenities, including fully equipped kitchens and comfortable bedding. Guests are encouraged to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Bolonia Beach while respecting local regulations and helping preserve the environment.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    The White House is located almost directly above the sea. It sits in a very special and exclusive part of Tarifa. However, it does not have direct access to the beach.


    In contrast, the apartments and cottages in Bolonia do offer private beach access and are situated right by the sand. They do not have sea views, and it is important to highlight this. Nonetheless, you can reach the beach in just a few seconds on foot.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, both White House and Bolonia Beach Campus have free private parking spaces available for guests.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, both properties are family-friendly. 


    Our environment is ideal for families. 


    At The White House, whether staying in apartments with a private kitchen or those without, guests find a great space for meeting and connecting with one another.


    At the houses in Bolonia, the gardens are open to all guests, providing a wonderful opportunity to socialise and interact in a relaxed setting.

  • And, what about pets ?

    We love dogs, but unfortunately, they are not allowed at The White House. 


    At the Bolonia campus, dogs are allowed, provided that guests request permission in advance and leave a deposit in case the dog is not as well-behaved as expected. 


    This refers to situations where the house may be left in poor condition or unclean.


    Upon arrival, guests travelling with pets must show that they have brought their own bed for the dog or cat. This is essential to ensure that pets do not sleep on the beds or the sofa

  • What about WIFI and Coworking?

    At The White House, we offer Wi-Fi, as well as a coworking room available for all guests to use.


    In Bolonia, we indicate that there is no Wi-Fi, although in reality, we do have it. 


    Why this contradiction? Unfortunately, the internet service and quality in the Bolonia area is very poor. 


    We prefer to inform guests in advance, so they are aware of the limitations and do not end up disappointed by an unreliable connection.

  • I noticed that the White House is situated on a cliff. Could you tell me what the access is like?

    You saw correctly. 


    The house is located on a cliff, right in the heart of a natural park. Access is possible, although the last stretch of the road is rocky, so you’ll need to drive slowly and carefully.


    You might be wondering, “Why don’t you fix the road?”


    The answer is that it can’t be fixed, as it lies within protected natural land. And that’s precisely part of the charm of our house.

  • Can I walk to the White House from Tarifa?

    Yes, it’s possible to walk to the White House from Tarifa. It’s about a 10-minute walk along a coastal path.


    During the day, the walk is easy and suitable for everyone. 


    At night, we recommend bringing a torch or using the light on your mobile phone.
